Financial institutions are deploying autonomous AI agents to execute trades, process claims, and manage data. The challenge isn't building the agent. It's proving to regulators and CISOs that it won't execute unauthorized actions. Model safeguards aren't enough. Banks need deterministic, pre-execution policy enforcement. That is what SAILLENT builds. We need a Solutions Architect to prove it. The Role: → Lead technical discovery and architecture design for Tier 1 financial institutions and enterprise clients. → Translate complex AI runtime security concepts (MCP authorization, policy enforcement, audit trails) into actionable deployment plans. → Own the technical Proof of Concept (PoC) from scoping to successful validation. The 2026 Stack You Will Operate In: → Integrating with: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, and enterprise MCP servers. → Securing alongside: CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Okta, CyberArk, and legacy SIEM/SOAR pipelines. → Building with: Kubernetes, Terraform, Python, Go, and modern CI/CD pipelines. Who you are: → 5+ years as a Solutions Architect or Security Engineer in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms. → You understand the massive gap between "AI works in a demo" and "AI is approved for production in a regulated environment." → You can whiteboard a zero-trust architecture with a CISO in the morning, and write a deployment script in the afternoon. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Security Engineer in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms. Candidates should understand production security requirements in regulated environments and be able to design zero-trust architectures and write deployment scripts.
