SCFSS serves and is guided by Coldwater Band, the Lower Nicola Indian Band, Nooaitch Band, Shackan Band, Upper Nicola Band and the Urban Indigenous population of the Nicola Valley.

The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance systems, conducting routine patrols, and responding to incidents. They also ensure facility security at opening and closing while providing professional support to staff, clients, and visitors.

Youth Wellness Navigator

The Youth Wellness Navigator provides relationship-based prevention services to support the educational, social, and mental health needs of youth and families. They facilitate integrated wellness planning, coordinate wrap-around supports, and maintain accurate case documentation while promoting cultural values.

Youth Transition Coordinator

The Youth Transition Coordinator provides holistic, relationship-based support to youth by developing individualized transition plans and facilitating life-skills workshops. They collaborate with internal teams and community partners to connect youth with essential resources while promoting cultural connection and self-advocacy.

IT Technician Tier 1

The IT Technician provides frontline technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while managing user access and IT assets. They also maintain system security, document support tickets, and assist with staff training and procurement processes.
