About the role

Our partner, a Québec-based agency specializing in turnkey web marketing solutions, is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to support its clients in strengthening and scaling their online presence.
You’ll be joining a team of passionate, easygoing professionals where ideas flow naturally and projects move forward in a collaborative, positive atmosphere. It’s the kind of environment where you can bring your ideas to life, take ownership, and play a real role in client success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze client needs and perform digital marketing audits.
- Build and execute high-performing digital strategies (SEO, GEO, SEM, paid media, social media, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate projects (timelines, priorities, deliverables).
- Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Manage and optimize media budgets based on performance.
- Create and optimize web content (blogs, newsletters, social media, landing pages).
- Track performance (KPIs, conversion rates, analytics) and recommend improvements.
- Advise clients and present results and strategic insights.
- Handle other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B project management, handling multiple projects at once.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent French, both spoken and written.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
- Agency experience is an asset.
Salary: $28 to $38 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday.
Status: Permanent.
