The Promotions Assistant is responsible for developing and implementing creative outreach strategies to increase awareness of student initiatives and events. They will also support event execution, manage student feedback through surveys, and collaborate with campus stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

The Club Coordinator is responsible for communicating with club members, providing guidance, and assisting the Manager of Clubs with administrative tasks. They also support club event planning, conduct executive training, and maintain accurate records of club activities and documentation.
