Lead the LAB division by evolving internal products like Agile+, MIRE, and Common Sense while ensuring delivery quality across all software development lifecycles. Provide technical coaching and people leadership to developers across multiple studios and contribute to business development and R&D. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise application development. Must be professionally bilingual in French and English with hands-on experience in containers, CI/CD, and various database technologies.
