The intern will assist the project manager with production improvement projects, equipment integration, and workplace health and safety activities. They will also utilize LEAN methodologies to optimize production processes and create technical drawings for manufacturing.

The System Design Specialist will provide technical expertise and creative lighting solutions to support sales throughout the full design process. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and maintain a competitive product portfolio.

The operator is responsible for programming and operating CNC metal spinning lathes to produce and machine metal parts according to specifications. They must also perform equipment maintenance, ensure production quality, and train replacement operators.

The production worker will assemble, wire, inspect, test, and package lighting fixtures using assembly line or workbench processes. They are also responsible for following technical drawings and performing quality checks using various hand and power tools.

The intern will create detailed manufacturing drawings, tooling designs, and factory layouts while maintaining bills of materials. They will also conduct time and motion studies to identify production improvements and support quality best practices.
