The Millwright is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of all plant-related equipment to maximize uptime and productivity. They must also perform troubleshooting and implement preventative maintenance practices while adhering to safety standards.

The operator is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of the heat plant and the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) turbine generator. Key tasks include performing inspections, recording logs, and conducting routine maintenance on the energy systems.
