Manage construction projects from inception through close-out, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, safety, contracts, risks, commissioning, and overall performance. Serve as the primary client interface, coordinate consultants and trades, negotiate scope changes and subcontractor agreements, and lead and develop project team members.

Lead daily on-site construction operations, directing the site team and subcontractors to deliver the project according to design, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Coordinate planning, scheduling, procurement, reporting, stakeholder communication, commissioning, occupancy, and site-team development in partnership with the Project Manager.

Supports corporate and project accounting activities, including month- and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, treasury, payroll reporting, and audit preparation. Processes vendor and employee expenses, assists with project cost reviews and reporting, and maintains accurate documentation while contributing to process improvements.

Coordinate construction project administration, documentation, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, and communication between design and construction teams. Support project cost and schedule reporting, site quality and progress monitoring, issue resolution, and project close-out.

The Assistant Project Manager will lead and oversee projects during the pursuit and pre-construction phases, including schedule development and procurement activities. They are responsible for identifying constructability risks, managing consultant communications, and facilitating the transition from pre-construction to construction operations.
