Job Summary We are looking for a recruiter who can manage the full recruitment cycle while also handling day-to-day general HR responsibilities. This role suits someone who enjoys finding the right candidates as much as resolving everyday HR matters — employee files, internal policies, compliance. Responsibilities Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle: writing job postings, posting them, screening applications, interviews, job offers Work with managers to define staffing needs and desired candidate profiles Maintain a pool of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, new-hire retention rate, etc.) Coordinate reference checks and pre-hiring processes HR Generalist Handle onboarding and integration of new employees Answer employee questions about benefits, internal policies, and HR procedures Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws Skills and Requirements Bilingual in French and English 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or generalist human resources Comfortable with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and priority-management skills Ability to juggle multiple files at once, from active recruitment to day-to-day HR issues Degree in human resources, administration, or a related field (an asset) CHRP/CHRP-Quebec (CRHA/CRIA) certification (an asset) What We Offer Salary to discuss Benefits: group insurance 80% paid by the employer, 4 sick days, 3 weeks’ vacation, etc. Work arrangement: hybrid, beautiful offices in the Old Port near Square Victoria metro station Who We Are Since 2001, Solutions Metrix has been implementing CRM solutions for companies of all sizes and across all industries.
