Lead Soul Foods Group’s real estate growth strategy and manage the performance and long-term value of a portfolio of more than 240 restaurants and cafés across Canada. Guide market planning, site selection, acquisitions, lease negotiations, portfolio reviews, and development priorities, while advising executive leadership and developing the real estate team.
