Manage the operations of the Central Maintenance Complex shop, equipment, and personnel with a primary focus on safety. Supervise technicians and contractors to maintain mill equipment and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Industrial Millwright

The Industrial Millwright is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Duties include transporting materials using cranes and forklifts, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.

Production Operator - Lake Erie Works

On-site · Haldimand

Perform general labour tasks to support plant operations, including handling, transporting, and processing materials. Operate heavy equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts while adhering to strict safety guidelines.

Shift Manager - Operations / Shift Engineer

On-site · Haldimand

Maintain safe and efficient operations of utilities facilities and equipment while providing leadership to bargaining unit personnel and contractors. Administer safety programs, resolve technical equipment issues, and coordinate maintenance efforts to maximize operational efficiency.

3rd Class Power Engineer

On-site · Haldimand

Operate and maintain high and low pressure steam systems, environmental control equipment, and various production support units. Perform chemical analysis on process water and manage safety permits, isolations, and lockouts for utilities systems.
