As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for turning the company's numbers into clear, practical insights that help leaders understand how the business is performing and what moves to make next. You’ll also make sure the books are accurate on a monthly and quarterly basis while helping newly acquired companies get up to speed. The ideal candidate is organized, polished, and personable, with strong communication skills. They are detail-oriented, accurate, and a quick learner who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Group Operations CFO, key responsibilities include: Supporting the annual budget, reforecasts, and monthly and quarterly reporting, analyzing financial and statistical data to show how the business is performing and guide decisions Preparing monthly statistical reports, explaining variances, and presenting the data clearly with documentation of its limits Reviewing month-end and quarter-end close work for accuracy Preparing account reconciliations and posting journal entries in NetSuite to support an accurate, complete close Working with portfolio company finance teams to streamline the close process Training acquired companies on the organization's systems and processes This role is your chance to shape how the company runs, improve its financial processes and work alongside teams across the business as it continues to grow.
