WE ARE HIRING and looking for an influential and highly motivated Dispatcher with Ocean Container experience to join our growing team TODAY. This role is based in Edmonton, AB. You'll be working alongside driven, motivated team members who make coming to work FUN! Job Responsibilities As the dispatcher, you are responsible from the beginning of the process to the end. Entering the orders into TMW and building a manifest, dispatching the driver, following up until the POD is in the system and the order is ready for billing. To do this you are in constant communication with drivers as well as our customers. You will be responsible for dispatching deliveries, preplanning freight for return trips. Whats In it For you? In addition, you will possess the following qualifications: Experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation field with 3 years minimum experience required Experience in scheduling trucks for live orders and projects Experience and knowledge of Canadian shipping regulations and practices. Ocean Container dispatch experience is required for this role This position requires an individual who is adaptable; self-motivated, results driven and a team player. Successful with building and maintaining strong customer relationships. An expert at multi-tasking and effectively managing changing priorities. High level of detail in performing tasks. Proactive, able to identify early on any potential issues, and to implement solutions. Requirements

Requires at least three years of transportation dispatch experience, including ocean container dispatch and scheduling trucks for live orders and projects. Candidates must know Canadian shipping regulations and practices, have experience with TMW and Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong communication, customer relationship, multitasking, and priority-management skills.
