Job Title: Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Trust Location: 100% Remote (Canada) Job Type: T4 Contract Experience: 4+ Years Rate: CAD 50 to 55 per hour Role Summary We are hiring for a Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Trust, where the selected candidate will support Trust integration activities across mergers and acquisitions. The role combines technical program management with practical cybersecurity and technology risk knowledge. You will work with security, privacy, risk, engineering, product, and acquired-company teams to coordinate assessments, remediation activities, risks, dependencies, and decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage Trust integration activities across multiple acquisitions, including plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. Coordinate activities across Trust, Security, Privacy, Risk, Engineering, Product, and acquired-company teams. Support security and Trust assessments by gathering information, documenting findings, identifying gaps, and coordinating follow-up actions. Translate security findings and requirements into clear priorities, remediation plans, owners, and timelines. Track security risks, vulnerabilities, remediation commitments, and other Trust integration activities through completion. Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and decision-making discussions across technical and business stakeholders. Identify blockers and risks and work with teams to drive them toward resolution or appropriate escalation. Maintain clear project documentation and provide concise status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Help acquired teams understand and navigate Trust and security requirements. Identify opportunities to improve Trust M&A processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. Must-Have Skills 4+ years of experience in Project/Program management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or a combination of these areas. Strong experience managing cross-functional technical projects involving engineering, security, or technology teams. Working knowledge of cybersecurity and technology risk concepts, including vulnerability management, application security, cloud security, and security risk assessment. Ability to understand technical security findings and translate them into actionable project activities, risks, and decisions. Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence teams and drive progress without direct authority. Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and some ambiguity. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, technology integrations, or similar cross-functional initiatives. Experience supporting cybersecurity assessments, risk assessments, vulnerability management, or security remediation activities. Familiarity with application security, cloud/SaaS security, SecOps, or DevSecOps concepts. Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based products and engineering teams. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Airtable, or similar project management tools. Security, risk, or project management certifications are a plus. Interested in this opportunity?
