Review Ethics: Look at how the AI handles "right vs. wrong" questions and ensure its answers are balanced and helpful. Spot Bias: Help the AI avoid favoring one group or viewpoint unfairly so it can be used by everyone around the world. Simplify Answers: Take complex AI responses and help rewrite them so they are honest, clear, and easy for everyone to understand. Qualification path Mandatory Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language. We need you to understand the deep meaning and "vibe" of your own language. English Proficiency: Basic (B1) English so you can read our instructions.
