Build and maintain client relationships, qualify leads, conduct consultations, prepare quotes, and sell granite products while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Manage opportunities and follow-ups in the CRM, guide customers through project completion, and coordinate with production, installation, and administrative teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
