This isn’t just an associate role. It’s a partnership track. Our corrective chiropractic practice sits in Blenheim, in the heart of Chatham-Kent, Ontario. There’s no big-city market here and no geographic advantage, and new patients still wait more than 10 weeks to get in. Why patients wait: Nothing gets adjusted until it’s measured. Every new patient goes through a full Bio-Structural Examination: thermography, surface EMG, stress adaptability, structural imaging, and neurological and functional testing. We are not a rehab or pain management clinic. Our approach is Bio-Structural Restoration™, and we’ll teach you every piece of it. What we can’t teach is the philosophy, so you need to arrive already believing that: The spine matters. You test, you don’t guess. Adjustments help people of every age, regardless of condition. Symptoms are collateral damage, not the core problem. Lifestyle carries the correction. Who we’re looking for: One experienced, high-agency doctor (5+ years, or a practice owner ready for a change) who is coachable, thinks long-term, and wants to build something lasting. No new grads. What you’ll do

Requirements

Applicants must be experienced chiropractors with at least five years of experience, or be practice owners seeking a change; new graduates are not considered. The ideal candidate is coachable, proactive, thinks long-term, and already aligns with the practice’s philosophy of assessment-led chiropractic care and lifestyle-supported correction.
