Lead Alberta’s fundraising program and a team of 10 development staff, setting plans and targets to grow individual, foundation, and corporate giving. Manage a personal portfolio of major gifts, coordinate proposals and fundraising initiatives with regional and national teams, and work with volunteers and conservation staff to advance NCC’s mission.

Develop and maintain the organization’s brand identity, standards, assets, and training, while supporting consistent brand use across teams and channels. Plan and execute awareness campaigns, coordinate vendors and campaign materials, analyze supporter data, and manage the marketing budget.
