Installs, inspects, tests, calibrates, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical systems and equipment across water and wastewater facilities, while carrying out preventive maintenance and maintaining records in the CMMS. Reviews and coordinates projects, supervises contractors and quality control, and ensures electrical and automation work complies with applicable standards and requirements.

Leads strategic communications across the organization, advising senior leaders and departments and overseeing internal and external communications, media relations, public engagement, and complex or sensitive initiatives. Manages communications intake and resources, service quality, staff development, budgets, and continuous improvement while ensuring communications align with Regional priorities and standards.

Process and record scale transactions for vehicles entering and leaving landfill and public waste drop-off sites, inspect incoming loads, and operate the scalehouse and weighing systems. Provide customer service, handle financial transactions and cash, maintain site records, and keep the scalehouse and surrounding area clean.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of engineering and capital project delivery frameworks, standards, controls, and support systems across Public Works.
