Develop and execute sales strategies, identify and pursue new opportunities across aerospace and adjacent markets, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and after-sales support. Build customer and strategic partner relationships, promote existing polymer components and custom solutions, and report on sales forecasts, pipeline, market trends, and performance.

Prepare engineering drawings and perform basic calculations to support the Applications Engineering Group, including designing solutions that incorporate the company’s products and installation techniques. Create part drawings and assemblies in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, coordinate with manufacturing on feasibility and cost-effectiveness, and quality-check junior designers’ work.
