IT Project Control Officer (PCO) About the Role We're looking for an IT Project Control Officer to support successful IT project delivery through governance, financial tracking, schedule management, reporting, and resource coordination. Working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders, you'll help ensure projects run on time, on budget, and in line with organizational standards and governance requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Governance: Support project setup, maintain plans and RAID logs, ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, and coordinate governance meetings and steering committees Financial Management: Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, and invoices; perform variance reporting and monitor financial risks Schedule & Resource Management: Maintain integrated schedules, monitor progress against milestones, and coordinate resource onboarding/offboarding Reporting & Communication: Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; track action items and facilitate stakeholder communication Risk & Issue Management: Maintain risk/issue registers, track mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues Documentation & Compliance: Maintain project repositories and governance artifacts; support audit and stage-gate compliance Required Skills Experience supporting IT or ERP projects Strong project coordination and organizational skills Financial management and budgeting knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project/Plan tools Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity PPM, Planisware, ServiceNow, or similar tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must-Have Skills Strong project coordination and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Financial management and budgeting knowledge Nice-to-Have Skills Experience supporting IT or ERP projects Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Project/Plan tools Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity PPM, Planisware, ServiceNow, or similar tools ____________________________________________ Agent(e) de contrôle de projets TI (PCO) À propos du poste Nous recherchons un(e) agent(e) de contrôle de projets TI pour soutenir la livraison réussie de projets TI grâce à la gouvernance, le suivi financier, la gestion des échéanciers, le reporting et la coordination des ressources. En collaboration étroite avec les chargé(e)s de projet, les analystes d'affaires, les architectes de solutions et les parties prenantes d'affaires, vous contribuerez à garantir que les projets respectent les délais, les budgets et les exigences de gouvernance. Principales responsabilités Planification et gouvernance de projet : Soutenir la mise en place des projets, maintenir les plans et registres RAID, assurer le respect des méthodologies du PMO et coordonner les comités de pilotage Gestion financière : Suivre les budgets, prévisions, dépenses réelles et factures; effectuer l'analyse des écarts et surveiller les risques financiers Gestion des échéanciers et des ressources : Maintenir les échéanciers intégrés, suivre l'avancement par rapport aux jalons et coordonner l'intégration/le départ des ressources Reporting et communication : Préparer les rapports d'étape, tableaux de bord et résumés exécutifs; assurer le suivi des actions et faciliter la communication Gestion des risques et enjeux : Maintenir les registres de risques/enjeux, suivre les plans d'atténuation et escalader les enjeux critiques Documentation et conformité : Maintenir les référentiels de projet et les artefacts de gouvernance; soutenir la conformité aux audits et aux jalons d'approbation Compétences requises Expérience en soutien de projets TI ou ERP Solides compétences en coordination et organisation de projets Connaissances en gestion financière et budgétisation Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes Connaissance avancée d'Excel, PowerPoint, Teams et des outils Project/Plan Expérience avec Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity PPM, Planisware, ServiceNow ou outils similaires Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide Compétences essentielles Solides compétences en coordination et organisation de projets Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide Connaissances en gestion financière et budgétisation Atouts Expérience en soutien de projets TI ou ERP Connaissance avancée d'Excel, PowerPoint, Teams et des outils Project/Plan Expérience avec Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity PPM, Planisware, ServiceNow ou outils similaires
