About the Role We're looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to strengthen quality assurance across our technology platforms, ensuring high-quality software delivery through functional and non-functional testing of web applications. You'll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, drive automation initiatives, and continuously improve testing processes to support business objectives. Principales responsabilités Contribuer aux tests fonctionnels et non fonctionnels des applications web Collaborer avec des équipes mondiales et transversales pour livrer des solutions de qualité Développer, mettre en œuvre et améliorer les stratégies, cadres et processus de test Assurer la conformité aux normes et meilleures pratiques organisationnelles Piloter les initiatives d'automatisation à l'aide d'outils et méthodologies de test modernes Rendre compte des indicateurs de qualité et fournir des recommandations concrètes aux parties prenantes Compétences requises 5 ans et plus d'expérience en ingénierie de la qualité, couvrant les tests fonctionnels et non fonctionnels d'applications web Solide expertise pratique des cadres et outils d'automatisation de tests Excellentes compétences en communication, collaboration et résolution de problèmes Expérience de travail dans une organisation mondiale et matricielle, un atout Engagement envers l'amélioration continue, l'innovation et le partage des connaissances Connaissance approfondie des outils et pratiques QA standards de l'industrie Solide compréhension du cycle de vie du développement logiciel (SDLC) et des meilleures pratiques de test Expérience avec Playwright, Cucumber, Python, Node.js
