The Deck Supervisor is responsible for overseeing aquatics staff, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining facility standards. They also implement program content, provide instruction, and handle administrative duties such as reporting and scheduling. Candidates must hold current certifications including National Lifeguard, Lifesaving Society Swim and Lifesaving Instructor, and Emergency First Aid Instructor. A minimum of one year of lifeguarding and aquatics instructing experience is required.
