About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant with a strong consulting background to partner with technology leadership in driving portfolio performance, operational excellence, AI adoption, and value realization. This role is not focused on project management. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor, translating data into insights, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and helping leaders make informed business decisions. The role aligns with supporting leadership through performance insights, value realization, operational improvement, and executive decision support. Responsibilities Analyze portfolio, operational, financial, productivity, and AI adoption data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop executive-ready insights, recommendations, and business narratives. Challenge assumptions and ask critical questions to uncover root causes and drive better decisions. Support KPI development, scorecards, dashboards, business reviews, and value realization reporting. Evaluate business cases, ROI, productivity improvements, and operational effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operating leverage. Create executive presentations and leadership discussion materials. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years in management consulting, business consulting, strategy, transformation, or operational excellence. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders and executives. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. Technology or digital transformation environments. Value realization, productivity improvement, or operational excellence programs. AI adoption and business value measurement. Power BI, dashboards, and executive reporting. Preferred Skills We are looking for someone who naturally thinks like a consultant: Curious and analytical. Comfortable challenging assumptions. Able to connect data to business outcomes. Strong storyteller and communicator. Capable of asking the questions executives would ask when reviewing performance data.
