Your Responsibilities Will Include Make friendly and professional outbound calls to veterinary clients Assist with gentle and appropriate animal restraint Follow and update the appointment system to help keep the schedule running smoothly Answer incoming calls during business hours Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Respond to appointment requests submitted through the hospital website Assist with X-rays Prepare vaccines Assist with note-taking Schedule rechecks, annual exams, surgeries, and other appointments Provide exceptional client and patient care during every interaction Step into different responsibilities throughout the day as needed to support the team What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines compassion with organization, communication, and the ability to stay composed in a busy veterinary environment.
