Resolve production issues with cross-functional partners, maintain process documentation and compliance, and drive continuous improvement through Lean methods, audits, standardized work, and structured problem-solving.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC, HMI, and automated assembly systems to increase productivity, quality, equipment uptime, and reliability.
