Overview We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and manage transactions effectively. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information. Maintain a clean and organised checkout area. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner. Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is an asset. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Nice to have Experience with point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of retail sales principles. Fluency in additional languages is a plus. Salary: 40000 - 50000 GBP Per annum
