We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Chef to join our high-energy kitchen! What You'll do Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes consistently during high-volume service Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service smooth, fast, and fun Contribute ideas for menu specials and seasonal dishes Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards Manage prep, stock rotation, and portion control to reduce waste Handle the pressure of busy shifts with a positive attitude and strong teamwork What We're looking For Previous experience as a Chef or Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant Passion for food, flavour, and presentation Ability to work efficiently during peak service times Strong communication and team-player mindset Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays If you're ready to cook great food, keep up with the rush, and enjoy the ride, we'd love to meet you!
