Our Service Division in Calgary is hiring an HVAC Technician who wants more independence, a wider variety of equipment, and a pace of work you can manage. Many of our residential calls are at large custom homes with high-end systems that are as complex as commercial equipment. That makes this a good fit for someone comfortable on both residential and commercial jobs. If you want more say in how you work and a change from high-volume service, this role is for you. Earn $42–$48 per hour, with piecework available on installs. You'll get a work vehicle, a tool program, health and dental benefits, and a matching RRSP. Your work will be judged on quality, not ticket volume or sales quotas.
