We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – IM/IT Level 2 to lead a large-scale payment technology transition project within the public sector. The project involves transitioning payment card processing infrastructure from an existing service provider to a new payment processing platform. The initiative includes payment hardware migration, merchant account setup, e-commerce application integrations, financial system interfaces, operational readiness, vendor coordination, and PCI compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, governance, stakeholders, vendors, risks, schedules, budgets, testing, and implementation activities across multiple business and technical teams. Requirements Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience within the last 7 years. Experience managing projects involving project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, or procurement. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or another related field. Experience managing at least three projects with a duration of 8 months or longer. Minimum 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, management, vendors, and external contractors. Experience developing and maintaining: Project Charters Master Project Plans Project Schedules Risk Registers Communication Plans Business Cases Feasibility Studies Change Requests Budget Requests Strong stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation skills. Ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
