The Assembler is responsible for fabricating fiberglass reinforced plastic products through manual laminating and assembly of shells and domes. This includes interpreting technical drawings, installing components, and ensuring all products meet company quality and safety standards.

Apply materials by hand or machine to produce standard and nonstandard components while preparing mold surfaces. Inspect laminate surfaces for defects and trim parts to proper dimensions based on process sheets and drawings.

The Grinder is responsible for cutting, shaping, and grinding fiberglass-reinforced plastic parts according to blueprints and quality standards. The role involves operating power tools and machinery while maintaining a safe working environment and completing production documentation.
