Up to $5,000 Signing Bonus 1Click Energy Solutions is seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (RACM) to join our growing team in Port Coquitlam. This role is focused on the installation, maintenance, and service of residential electric heat pumps. You will be the face of the company in the field, providing technical expertise and exceptional customer service to homeowners across the Lower Mainland. Key Responsibilities Installation: Perform high-quality installations of heat pump-based heating and cooling systems. Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed, while keeping accurate service records. Maintenance: Conduct annual inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system longevity and efficiency. Engagement: Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, customers and managers, while keeping a positive attitude. What You Bring Red Seal Certification: Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (or 4th-year Apprentice with strong residential experience). Gas Fitter License: Class B Gas Fitter ticket is highly preferred. Driver’s License: Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Vancouver and surrounding areas' residential architecture and local municipal codes. Requirements

Applicants need Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification, though a fourth-year apprentice with strong residential experience may also be considered. A Class B Gas Fitter ticket is highly preferred, along with a valid BC Class 5 driver's license and clean driving abstract, local area and code knowledge, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
