You'll be the face of 1Click in the customer's home, so professionalism and customer service are just as important as technical ability. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and gas-related issues Identify equipment failures and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance Test and verify equipment operation following repairs Explain problems, repair options, and completed work to homeowners Complete service documentation and job reports accurately Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment Follow applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company safety procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for technicians who know their trade and can work independently.
