Role Description This full-time remote Administrative Assistant role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Key tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing basic documents and reports. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will support executives with administrative tasks, track deadlines, and help coordinate workflows across teams. This position requires consistent attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, and record maintenance. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional Phone Etiquette for interacting with clients and colleagues. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance or supporting senior leaders with confidential and time-sensitive tasks. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email platforms, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort working in a remote, digital environment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
