Data Science Developer

Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Data Science Developer for a 6-month hybrid contract (2 days onsite) in Toronto. Must Haves: Experience building cloud-based data and analytics solutions using Azure Experience designing and maintaining Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, and automated data pipelines Strong experience with Azure Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Python, and SQL Experience developing analytics models, dashboards, and reporting solutions Experience integrating AI/ML techniques such as Machine Learning and NLP into analytics solutions Strong problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge transfer experience.

The role involves building cloud-based data and analytics solutions and maintaining Lakehouse architectures and automated data pipelines. The developer will also create analytics models, dashboards, and integrate AI/ML techniques into reporting solutions.

Candidates must have strong experience with the Azure data stack, including Databricks, Synapse, and Data Factory, along with proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience in implementing Machine Learning and NLP within analytics solutions is required.
