SAP Solution Manager

Our Mississauga-based client is hiring a Senior SAP Solution Manager (SuccessFactors & S/4HANA) for a 12-month hybrid contract (minimum 2 days onsite per week). Must Haves: 7+ years of progressive SAP solution delivery and support experience 4+ years providing senior-level guidance in complex enterprise environments Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECB, ECP) Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Workforce Software, and payroll integrations Strong experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and middleware integrations Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SAP4Me, and ITIL-based ITSM processes Strong knowledge of HR/Payroll with working knowledge of Finance and Procurement Mandatory SAP Certification (proof of certification required)

Provide senior-level guidance and solution delivery within complex enterprise environments focusing on SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. Manage integrations across payroll, finance, procurement, and various middleware platforms.

Candidates must have over 7 years of SAP solution delivery experience and mandatory SAP certification. Expertise in SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and SAP BTP integration is required.
