Our Regina-based client is hiring a Project Manager for a 2-year onsite contract opportunity, with potential extensions. Must Haves: PMP or PRINCE2 certification with a copy of the certificate required Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure Strong experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholders Experience delivering IT projects within structured project management methodologies and governance frameworks Strong experience establishing and facilitating project governance structures, including executive steering committees Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and communication experience with executives, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and third-party service providers Experience leading organizational change management activities, including communications, impact/readiness assessments, training, and user adoption Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and resource management experience Exceptional leadership, relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work 100% onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan
