Job summary
Requisition Title: Senior SAP Solution Architect Location: 7120 Hurontario St, 3rd Floor, Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months Working Hours: 7 hours Must Have · 7+ years of SAP implementation and production support experience. · 4+ years in a senior SAP Solution Manager/Lead role. · Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECB, ECP). · Experience with Payroll integrations and Workforce Software. · Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Concur, and SAP integrations (APIs, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Middleware). · Strong functional knowledge of HR & Payroll with exposure to Finance (GL, AP/AR) and Procurement (P2P). · Experience with ITIL-based ITSM, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and SAP4Me. · Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills. · Mandatory SAP Certification (proof required). Nice to Have · Experience with SAP Ariba, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Construction Project Management (SPM), Capital Budget Forecasting (CBF), and Annual Business Budgeting (ABB). · Public sector or highly regulated environment experience. · SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite/BTP, Workforce Software, or ITIL Foundation certifications.
What you’ll do
Lead SAP solution architecture and production support focusing on SuccessFactors and Payroll integrations. Manage complex system integrations using SAP BTP and middleware while ensuring alignment with Finance and Procurement processes.
Requirements
Requires over 7 years of SAP implementation experience and 4 years in a senior leadership role. Candidates must hold a mandatory SAP Certification and possess deep expertise in SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
