Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Training Specialist – Audio Visual & Video Conferencing for an 11-month onsite contract opportunity. Must Haves: Hands-on technical expertise and deep familiarity with audiovisual and video conferencing hardware and platforms Strong writing skills for developing training materials and user manuals, with attention to detail Scenario-based and practical teaching approach using real-world use cases Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language At least 5 years of audio and video conferencing technology experience At least 10 years of adult training experience Experience with Adobe Captivate Familiarity with AODA requirements for interactive e-learning and written manuals
