Be the Voice of Confidence – Guide Customers Through a 5-Star Service Experience! We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up. Location: 3165 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg MB Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 per year What You Will Be Doing: Coordinate daily automotive parts and service requirements Schedule customer vehicles for maintenance and repairs Prepare and manage work orders and service documentation Order automotive parts and supplies from vendors Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts Maintain accurate parts inventory and stock levels Identify and source correct parts using catalogues and vehicle information Provide parts availability, pricing, and delivery estimates Communicate with customers regarding repair status and service timelines Coordinate parts requirements with technicians and service staff Follow up on backordered, delayed, or special-order parts Process parts returns, warranty claims, and credits Prepare estimates and invoices for parts and service work Maintain customer, vehicle, vendor, and service records Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Excellent customer service skills Minimum 1 - 2 years as a service advisor, or in a related customer service role RV Experience Dealership experience considered a major asset Valid G Drivers License Able to work flexible hours within our business hours including Saturdays So why work for us?
