Job summary
Office Clerk (Front Desk) Responsibilities – Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, processing transactions and answering questions – Manage incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting to appropriate staff members as needed – Support the office team with general tasks as needed – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements – Positive and outgoing attitude – Excellent communication and customer service skills – Detail-oriented with basic math skills – Reliable and punctual – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks – Fluency in languages other than English (Spanish, Chinese, etc.) is a plus Compensation Competitive base rate of $16.50/hr – $18.00/hr, with overtime pay of $24.75/hr – $27.00/hr depending on experience Daily catered lunch provided Full-time, entry-level role with 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday schedule, with Saturdays available down the line Compensation Will Increase With Time Spent With The Company.
