Business Analyst – Core Banking / Payments | 6+ Years of Experience Location: Scarborough, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Type: Contract We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience, including strong exposure to Core Banking and/or Payments. Key Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 2 years of experience within Financial Services, particularly Core Banking or Payments Strong expertise in requirements analysis, documentation & system integration Experience documenting both business and technical requirements/specifications Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence Understanding of accounting flows, transaction lifecycle & reporting/data requirements Experience with data mapping and data lineage across upstream and downstream systems Ability to translate requirements into clear, structured artifacts for development and implementation teams Experience managing requirements, user stories & tasks Experience supporting SIT & UAT, including test scenarios, requirement clarification and defect triage Ability to manage and align multiple business & technology stakeholders Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
