Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Data Engineering / Data Analytics Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC Interview Type: Face 2 Face (Onsite Interview Only) Job Description We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (60%) with Data Engineering/Data Analytics (40%) experience. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and work closely with Data Engineering teams. Candidates with BSA + Data Analyst experience are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories). Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and Data Engineering teams. Perform data analysis, validation, and data quality checks using SQL. Support ETL/ELT processes, data mapping, and data warehousing initiatives. Create process flows, support UAT, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools. Required Skills 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience with Data Engineering or Data Analytics. Knowledge of ETL/ELT and data warehousing. Agile/Scrum experience. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
