Job Title: Product Designer Location: Montreal, QC (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$50/HR INC A proven portfolio of highly polished, end-to-end transactional designs that simplify complex product purchase, checkout, or account management streams into intuitive, platform-compliant experiences. Thrives in rapid, iterative environments by maintaining a highly collaborative, constructive, and strategic approach to design feedback and cross-functional alignment. Hands-on experience contributing to or maintaining a design system, beyond just consuming it Familiarity with design tokens and how they are structured and applied across products Exposure to A/B testing, analytics, or user research to inform and validate design decisions Experience working within multi-brand or multi-platform product environments Motion design skills and an understanding of how animation and transitions enhance user experiences Familiarity with enterprise-scale product ecosystems Experience with prototyping tools such a Figma, Framer or otherwise
