Job Title: Project Control Officer (PCO) Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD$45/HR INC Seeking a Project Control Officer (PCO) to support project planning, reporting, financial tracking, documentation, and governance. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports. Prepare weekly/monthly project dashboards and management presentations. Track project budgets, forecasts, actuals, expenses, and resource utilization. Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action items, and milestones. Consolidate project data from multiple teams and provide status updates. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables. Support project governance, PMO processes, and stakeholder meetings. Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting using Excel.
