This Position reports to: Project Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities • Coordinates and integrates customer and consultant requirements, ensuring alignment with technical, commercial, and execution objectives. • Acts as a key interface between Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and timely resolution of requirements. • Tracks technical and commercial requests, ensuring proper evaluation, documentation, and implementation. • Works closely with the Project Planner to maintain accurate schedules reflecting project progress and changes. • Monitors project performance, identifying and communicating risks and deviations to the project team. • Ensures changes and evolving requirements are properly assessed and integrated into project scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Facilitates coordination and ensures effective communication across internal teams, customers, and consultants. • Ensures adherence to contract and claim management processes in line with customer requirements, ABB guidelines, and alignment with the Project Manager. • Participates in project reviews and prepares concise project status reports. • Coordinates with the project team to identify and assess risks. • Collaborates with Supply Chain Management to ensure timely procurement activities and up-to-date procurement plan. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical diploma/technology (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, or project execution within industrial, electrification, or EPC environments. • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary projects involving coordination between engineering, suppliers, and customers. • Good understanding of project execution processes, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. • Familiarity with contract requirements, change management, and interface coordination in complex projects. • Experience working in cross-functional teams across engineering, and supply chain. • Knowledge of ABB project execution processes, tools, and systems is an asset. • PMP or similar project management certification is an asset.
