En tant que Superviseur de production, vous relèverez du Chef de secteur production et aurez comme principale responsabilité d’assurer le suivi des besoins de production dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué favorisant la gestion participative. Ce rôle contribue à la division Electrification, Produits d’Installation d’ABB Canada et est basé à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Le modèle de travail est 100% en présentiel à l’usine, sur le quart de nuit (Dimanche 23h40 pm au Vendredi 7h40 am) Responsabilités : Superviser une équipe de production composée d’environ 25 employés syndiqués; Vérifier la disponibilité des équipements, du matériel et du personnel et identifier les priorités de production; Agir à titre de leader en matière de gestion de la santé et sécurité; Identifier les opportunités et gérer les plans d’améliorations de votre secteur; Encadrer, évaluer et coacher les employés dans l’atteinte de leur niveau de compétence; Identifier les besoins de formation des employés de production; Participer à la planification de la production; Animer des réunions d’équipe; Participer aux réunions de transition de quart et autres. Exigences : Minimum de 2 à 5 années d’expérience en supervision d’employés (manufacturier syndiqué de préférence) Démontrer du leadership et une capacité d’influence auprès de son équipe Autonome, très organisé, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités et projets Capacité de gérer et résoudre des situations d’urgence et prendre des décisions rapidement Capacité à gérer le changement et d’en être un agent Capacité à travailler en équipe et d’interagir avec les différents membres de l’organisation. Requirements
