Responsibilities What You'll Do: As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee daily site operations from project start-up through closeout while working closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. You'll Be Trusted To Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Manage subcontractors, site crews, schedules, and daily workflow. Maintain project quality, safety, and productivity standards. Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is executed correctly. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects moving forward. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics. Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, risks, and site updates. Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Lead project closeout activities, including deficiencies and final site turnover. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction site supervision. Must be based in or near the Greater Moncton region and willing to travel throughout the Maritimes as required. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and construction reporting tools. Experience with Procore is considered an asset. Requirements
Requires at least five years of commercial construction site supervision experience, residence in or near Greater Moncton, and willingness to travel throughout the Maritimes. Candidates should understand commercial construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, drawings and specifications, and be organized, communicative, and proficient with Microsoft Office and construction reporting tools; Procore experience is an asset.
