You bring empathy to difficult content, precision to your analysis, and integrity to every case you close. The Work As a User Safety & Risk Operations Agent, you'll investigate, assess, and act on some of the most complex and consequential cases on the platform. Your day-to-day will include: Content Moderation • Enforcing platform policies through manual review and AI-assisted moderation systems • Handling escalated reports of harmful or policy-violating content with accuracy and care • Reviewing user appeals and making sound, well-documented moderation decisions Risk & Abuse Prevention • Detecting and disrupting scams, spam, and coordinated inauthentic behaviour • Investigating suspicious activity, account compromises, and emerging abuse patterns • Identifying gaps in current systems and surfacing recommendations to prevent future harm Fraud Detection & Investigation • Monitoring for fraudulent activity including fake accounts, payment fraud, and chargebacks • Analyzing fraud trends and contributing insights that sharpen the platform's defenses • Escalating high-risk cases and collaborating cross-functionally to drive resolution Schedule: Full-time (35-44 hours/week) | Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays | 4+ weeks of paid training with ongoing coaching and support Qualification What You'll Bring Required: • Minimum 6 months of experience in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, or a Legal environment • High School Diploma or equivalent Nice to Have: • Familiarity with Generative AI products and how they're used - and misused • Experience with investigative tools such as login history review, API log analysis, or secure PII handling systems • Comfort working within evolving usage policies and the ability to adapt quickly as they change You'll Thrive Here If You: • Catch details others overlook - high accuracy is your baseline, not your ceiling • Think critically and act decisively, even when cases are ambiguous or high-stakes • Communicate clearly in writing, especially when documenting complex findings • Bring genuine empathy to difficult content without losing your analytical edge • Stay composed and focused in a fast-paced, high-impact environment What You'll Get • $23.75/hr starting wage + $2,000 signing bonus • Comprehensive benefits: health, wellness, paid time off, and retirement plan options • Full-time hours (35-44 hours/week) with monthly scheduling flexibility based on performance • Annual performance-based salary increases and recognition programs • 4+ weeks of paid training plus ongoing coaching and skill development • Modern, technology-enabled workstations built for focused investigative work • Active Employee Resource Groups and volunteer initiatives - a real sense of community and belonging Your First Role Here Is Just That - Your First.
