A commercial door installer is responsible for installing, replacing, adjusting and servicing commercial doors, frames and hardware. The role includes reviewing site conditions, taking accurate measurements, removing existing components, installing new doors and frames, fitting hardware, making adjustments for proper operation, and ensuring the finished opening is secure, functional and properly aligned. The job requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, problem solving, and the ability to work efficiently on active commercial and construction sites.
